Happy Sunday! One of my most favorite super simple meals is Avocado Toast. I have a very strong infatuation with Avocado and I can’t imagine my life without it…seriously y’all. When I think back to my childhood when I looked at guacamole with disgust simply because it was green, I think about how much my life (and palate) has changed since. There are many ways to prepare avocado toast and you can get fun and creative with how you choose to customize it to your liking. Here are 4 ways that I like to have my Avocado toast. I suggest you add this meal to your meal routine and get your life!
Avocado Toast – 4 Ways
Okay so here’s the recipe. Get you a ripe Avocado and cut it in half. Slice it, smash it (or leave it chunky!) then put it on top of toast (whole grain for the health nuts). Season to your liking (I like to season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes for a little spice) then add any of the below ingredients. Super simple, super quick and SUPER DEE-LISH!
